ZOLLER has always stood for cost-effectiveness. To us this means focusing on the people who work with our machines. This is why our products not only meet the highest requirements for precision, but equally for ergonomic design to provide a comfortable, stress-free workplace.

Our one-hand operating handle has become the golden standard, and with our »redomatic« we are the only manufacturer to combine the measuring, inspection and shrinking of tools to perfection. We keep "playing" with things until we have found the optimum solution for our customers, the one which is most cost-efficient.

This "Swabian trait" has led ZOLLER to the top of the world league. For each product we can guarantee you a solution well thought-out down to the smallest detail, three of which are presented here.

Unrivalled machine combination: ZOLLER »redomatic«
For some time now, numerous companies have relied on the unique combination of the presetting, measuring and shrinking machine »redomatic«. Using intelligent, automated processes, the patented presetting procedure lets you shrink tools of all types fast and easily to a precision of ± 10 μm. In specific, the heat-shrink guidance system »sls« and the high-precision spindle »ace« result in measurable increases in efficiency of up to 20%.

»hobCheck« with unique evaluation software
A USP of this universal genius for measuring hobbing machines is the intuitive, easy-to understand operation, fast measuring in combination with image processing plus sensors and a representative documentation. The unique evaluation software »hobCheck« permits the automatic evaluation, clear presentation and logging of extensive measurements according to DIN 3968. In addition, automatic DIN classification of the tools is included. This enables the fast measuring and documenting of the comprehensive features of tools with repeatable accuracy.

Legendary: the ZOLLER one-hand operating handle
The one-hand operating handle introduced by ZOLLER in 1988 was the first of its kind to allow operating of a measuring slide in both axes with only one hand. In those days a revolution for the operation of presetting and measuring machines - today state-of-the-art technology - the original by ZOLLER. We set the trends.
