The AMB, the international trade show for metalworking in Stuttgart, which is close to our headquarters, went extremely well for us. Numerous customers from the region came to see our live demonstrations of innovations in measuring technology, such as the »hobCheck« for measuring hob cutters and the portable desk-top measuring machine »pomSkpGo«. Visitors from all regions were impressed by the product portfolio on display – no matter which tool size, ZOLLER has a suitable measuring machine and solves comprehensive tool management tasks.

Two weeks ago the automatic loading station »roboSet« was presented at IMTS in Chicago for the first time. The »roboSet« is an ingenious automation solution for companies with high tool throughput levels. It your ZOLLER CNC-controlled measuring device right around the clock in unmanned mode, requiring no personnel. That means that even complex measuring tasks can be processed in a fully automatic way, and 100% inspection is guaranteed. The ZOLLER »roboSet« delivers great process reliability through automatic track correction of the robot at every chuck-loading operation. In addition, physical separation from the measuring device assures the highest standards of measuring accuracy.

The focus is set on the user - this applies for all ZOLLER products. Presetting and measuring machines are well known for their ergonomy and µ-precise measuring results; the ZOLLER software for intuitive operability. With »pilot 3.0« ZOLLER offers a system of software modules which is unique. Its simple operation as well as the direct access to many functions, the grafic user interface and the dynamic cross-hairs characterize the »pilot 3.0« software. All ZOLLER user interfaces, either on the presetting and measuring machines or for the Tool Management Solutions are available in all significant national languages.
