During the measuring process ZOLLER's image processing technology »pilot 3.0« temporarily activates the incident light to scan each edge individually. You can also create entire log files on wear or edge defects due to machining.

The »aec« function can be combined with the editable test log function »apus« enabling you to not only analyze but also edit and document your results.

Machines in daily use are bound to lose in concentricity. This can lead to scrap and poor production quality.

However, »pilot 3.0« has a special function to detect this loss in concentricity, assign it to the presetting machine and calculate it with the tool used.

So any concentricity deficiency of the machine is taken it into account whenever this tool is measured to ensure correct machining of your workpiece – a feature you only get with ZOLLER!
