The ZOLLER »redomatic«, a unique combination of presetting, measuring and shrinking machine, stands for cost-efficiency and excels with easy operability. Rohde & Schwarz Teisnach, part of the Manufacturing Service of Rohde & Schwarz GmbH & Co. KG since 1969, manufactures a truly diversified range of parts at their facility in the Bavarian Forest.  A total of eight ZOLLER presetting and measuring machines are installed and in operation for the areas ‘tool and mold making manufacturing of individual parts’ and, and in the near future also in the ‘tool grinding’ section. The ZOLLER multitalent »redomatic« delivers precision and cost-efficiency in serial  manufacturing – and is extremely user-friendly. Georg Kauschinger, project manager and head of CNC-milling, confirms: "We have three presetters, and all 75 employees were able to operate the machine after the basic training. It is virtually self-explanatory.“ Today, all colleagues operate the machine in three shifts if required."There was no alternative to ZOLLER – it was the only machine on the market which was able to meet our requirements for precision combined with easy operability".

The partnership between ZOLLER and the Hamburg (Germany)-based tool management specialists KROMI has resulted in a data interface in the DIN 4000 structure. The master data of tools can now be imported directly and automatically 1:1 into the ZOLLER TMS Tool Management Solutions. Thus containing all relevant tool master data which is captured directly by the KROMI Tool Center KTC, the KROMI Kanban System as well as the KROMI eCommerce Software KeC. The result: cost reduction doubles – no personnel expenses and an end to multiple data collection.

Besides manufacturers' drawings you can also generate and store your own tool parameters. This convenient data base is basically error-free, and tools can be located any time fast and easy via parameters or the order number.
