The new version 1.12 and the corresponding image processing software »pilot 3.0«  are now available – allowing you to immediately benefit from a multitude of new and useful features.

Next to the management of storage locations in the Tool Management Solutions, the section on "parts characteristics/DIN4000" has been extensively further developed. Additional functions are the progress display for complex measuring processes and numerous customizing options.

Controlled stock management of tools saves money. With version 1.12, the ZOLLER stock management of tools has been considerably extended. Next to improved editing of the graphic locations, viewing the maximum stock number per storage location is now also possible and re-booking tools from circulation has been simplified.
DIN 4000 optimized
In the new 1.12 version the tool templates available in the parts characteristic bar according to DIN 4000 have been optimized, numerous new tool types have been added and the entering of tools has been made easier than ever before.

This means a standardized import option for all available tool catalogs (DIN 4000 / DIN 4003) for you.
»pilot 3.0« customizing options
The new version lets you adapt the screen templates to customer-specific requirements. For example, option fields which are not required can be masked, or comment fields and drawing views can be adapted individually.
Progress display for complex measuring programs
The actual status display of the measuring progress is a true value-add, especially for prolonged, complex measuring processes on the universal measuring machines »hobCheck« or »genius«. In addition this enables a re-entry option into the measuring process at defined positions.
