Centralized tool data base

With ZOLLER TMS Tool Management Solutions you have your tools under control: the entire tool stocks are saved in the centralized data base – all complete tools, the single components and the accessories. You have access to all tool data at any time and any place. Stock management always knows where each tool is at which time and for how long. Next to the tool data, all information on devices and test equipment is also available. Multiple manual entry is no longer required, a duplicate data system is no longer necessary.
 
Time savings

To program a component, all you need to do is access the tool data directly from the CAM system. Next to the tool parameters, this also provides the corresponding contours for programming. The tool list is transferred directly from the CAM system to the ZOLLER TMS Tool Management Solutions and matched with the machine. This instantly tells you which tools are on the machine. All data is also available directly on the measuring machine. Orders and reworking assignments for tools are created directly by the system. The ZOLLER „toolOrganizer“ stores your tools and tool components in the locations saved in the data base – they can be found at any time.
Sample calculation

Let us assume you have invested EUR 200,000 in machinery. At an hourly rate of EUR 75 you can save 2 % tool costs (EUR 4,000). Productivity rises by 5 % which equals EUR 6,000. In addition, a ZOLLER tool presetting and measuring machine increases productivity by EUR 15,000 per annum. In total, you gain EUR 25,000. Figure out your savings yourself – with your own data!
