More than 18,000 machines are in service around the globe, all supplied with tool data directly from the ZOLLER database. That is because ZOLLER products are not standalone solutions: instead, they are always focused on improving the production process as a whole. For that reason, the ZOLLER format generator contains data output appropriate for each control unit from the ZOLLER tool presetting and measuring machine to the machine tool, including a library with over 100 output formats for all major manufacturers of machines and control units. These are available immediately to all users. All other commonly used 3rd party systems such as ERP or cabinet and lift systems can be incorporated effortlessly. More than 20 CAM interfaces facilitate convenient access to all tool information.
