You can now get so much more out of it

You may be using a tool presetting and measuring device in your production facility, but you do not have a Tool Management System in operation? With the individually structured tool library in »pilot 3.0« image processing of your tool presetter and measuring device, you can depict your own tool structure, and you are set up for progressively more demanding requirements. Create the basis for efficient Tool Management: record your tools and components together with their measuring parameters, tolerances and graphics in your local measuring device library and benefit immediately from shorter tooling times and enhanced process reliability.

Get started - it is so easy!

You may have a large number of tools in service, but may not have recorded any data for them? Even if a small amount of manual work remains to be done – a great deal of data information can be imported quickly from the Cloud, saving time. This enables you to load data directly to your database, or to do so in the form of an import file, from the portals of the MachiningCloud, from NOVO or from ToolsUnited. From the Hoffmann tool catalogue, it is an easy matter for you to download your component data in the e-Shop and to save DIN 4000 information and graphics to your ZOLLER database. The imported tool data can now be managed in your Tool Management System, they can be assembled into tools and be transmitted to your CAM system.

An overview of relevant production data

Do you wish to have more transparency? With the "Parts Management" module from TMS Tool Management Solutions you obtain a better overview of the production-related data for your components and sub-assemblies. By assigning setting sheets to parts and products, you can determine the tooling times required for production purposes. And you can tell at the click of a mouse which tool parts you need for which part. Because all parts-related tool data are stored in a central database, you obtain transparency that extents above and beyond all steps in the production process.

Inspection & measuring

Expertise at your service: New management tool for grinding wheels!

With immediate effect, not just tools but also grinding wheels can be managed and measured efficiently using ZOLLER equipment. All grinding wheel parameters such as flange offset and edge radius can be set up with the help of clearly laid-out input dialogues. The grinding wheel package is documented reproducibly in a parts list. Measurement macros for the individual types of grinding wheel defined in the FEPA standard are included in the regular manner. Availability is visible at all times thanks to the scope for incorporating storage systems.
