FULL CONTROL FROM THE START TO THE INSPECTION REPORT The »pomBasic« inspection device is ideal for quickly and easily inspecting tools, in- cluding recording to actual data and wear data. If tools need to be reground, the »reGrind« software module automatically sorts them into a separate pallet. All mea- surement values can be transmitted to the customer in inspection reports. EVERYTHING IN HAND, IN REALITY AND VIRTUAL REALITY Agrindingwheel program isused tocomplete fully-automatic measurements easily and precisely on the presetting and measur- ing machine according to FEPA standards – without any data input and independent of the individual operator. This allows all grinding wheel parameters like diameter, angle, flange offset, and corner radius to be measured. Wheels can be saved and measured individually or as a package, de- pending on their type and geometry. SMART ORGANIZING With the grinding wheel management package, all the data you need is available immediately, as are parts lists for con- figuring and assembling grinding wheel packages. Storage location management is especially practical in combination with smart cabinets: The monitor graphically displays the location of the grinding wheels users need in 3D – allowing users to find them right away at the indicated location in the cabinet. Finished and assembled grinding wheel packages can also be or- ganized and stored here. UNIFORM DATA THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS The central z.One tool database by ZOLLER ensures consistent tool data across all stations of the production process. The GDX open data interface can be used to exchange data directly between the CAD/ CAM system, ZOLLER measuring machines like »genius«, and the grinding machine. Alongside ZOLLER TMS Tool Management Solutions, processes can be mapped in tool management as well. This provides grinders access to digital twins of every tool and every component at all times – al- lowing them to easily provide data to cus- tomers along with the real tool.
