But that’s exactly what happened at the end of 2018, as employees were invited to a company meeting, followed by a Christmas party. Since even the ZOLLER headquarters at Pleidelsheim would have been full to bursting with so much concentrated employee power, the event took place in the “K,” the Kultur- und Kongress- zentrum Kornwestheim near Stuttgart. A sweeping review of the year and outlook from CEO Christoph Zoller, delicious holiday dishes and party music helped create a relaxed mood.
