If one would regard tools in the manufacturing process as employees, the

skills description would be clear: accurate, reliable, durable. However,

some tools do not appear to have the right attitude: there are lazy fellows

among them who hide away somewhere in the warehouse and do nothing

for their money. Or even worse – the wannabe stuntmen who create at-

tention and cause major damage with machine crashes.
