Like its predecessor, »roboSet 2« is very easy to operate:

management in the »pilot 3.0« software, and the user
is ready to press the start button. »roboSet 2« handles
the rest fully automatically: From loading, measuring,
and removing tools, to sorting out faulty tools, archiving
measured values, to issuing measured values on logs.

be coupled directly to all connected ZOLLER universal

Just like »roboSet«, which has been successfully used
on ZOLLER measuring machines without enclosures
for many years, the new automation solution can be
equipped with laser and ultrasound cleaning or with a
labeling system. New features include a multipallet
system and double gripper which can be used to pro
cess and document even larger tool quantities — en
tirely automatically, no matter whether the steps are
