“Customer and employee satisfaction is

an important component of the ZOLLER

philosophy. It’s not just an empty

promise here. It’s something they live

out and pass on. This is clear especially

in my work on the hotline — I see every

piece of information and even every

complaint as an opportunity to support

customers even better with ZOLLER

products, and to motivate them as well.

The short decisionmaking paths, the

doer mentality, and the varied discus

sions I have on the hotline are other

major advantages of ZOLLER. This

makes us even closer to customers.”

“You have to be able to react quickly

in online fields — I’m very glad to have

so much autonomy in my work here. Of

course, I don’t personally “see” our cus

tomers, but I do see how our websites

are used and how our email newsletters

are read. Preparing evaluations, then

planning and implementing global

campaigns based on them is great.

We are a team of young professionals

and experienced practitioners, and

we have short decisionmaking

paths for discussing what needs to

get done. Whether we’re working in

print, online, or video, the collabo

ration is great — and effective!

Another thing I really enjoy is being in

contact with colleagues in ZOLLER offices

around the globe. I have a blend of

internationalism and short paths

here — and I like it.”

they will discover references to

the products, history, and val

they look. People here are proud

of what they do. Z.magazine

has talked with employees from

a wide variety of departments

to find out how this fact pos

itively affects their everyday

work, and what else makes

ZOLLER an attractive employer.
