“Things are different at ZOLLER than in
largescale industry. Everything is open,
and you aren’t isolated while you work.
There is a familiar atmosphere, and the
bosses know everyone personally.
That’s really something special.
The work itself is lots of fun. I have
full responsibility for my machines:
Electrical components, assembly,
calibration — only once I’m one hundred
percent happy do I add my “seal of
approval,” including my photo. It’s like
the signature on an AMG motor. I am
vouching for the quality I deliver, and I’m
proud of it. It’s a good feeling to have
completed another firstclass device.
